Let Go

Any way guys life is one funny thing eh , as humans we are afraid of losing and the attendant feeling of rejection , disgrace , hurt , sadness that comes with it … But one thing I have come to realize in my long long life I have spent on this earth 😏and with the few experiences I have had is that fear can cripple us . It can blind us from seeing that actually God is doing us a HUGE favor !! He has something that is the best for us which cannot come into our lives if we don’t let go of that thing we are sooo “comfortable” with ….

 Afraid of change , it’s the hope that kills 😂, the uncertainties , no sureties …… But what we fail to realize is that BABA God !! The master planner HAS got you!! People come and go , some walk in and out of our lives and leave nothing some leave a whole life’s worth of memories !! Positive and negative impacts !! Let THEM go!!! Let it Go! Don’t hold on to some tricycle when there are keys to some 4matic waiting for you 😏.We make many plans , set dates , targets deadlines ,Infuse people into the very core of our very existence , our future but all things have an expiry date all things come to and end ! Our lives , our loves ( till death do us part is an end 😛) . !But the only thing that remains is God !! Always and forever ❤️. 

Never ever ever make that infusion of a human being . If you wanna infuse anything then it’s the genetic make up of God transcribed into your DNA to be replicated and expressed inwardly and outwardly !!! If we keep looking back we remain ‘stuck’ like lots wife :- a pillar of salt !! 

Press on !! It may look like there’s empty desert land ahead of you but trust me there is an Oasis!! Prepared just for you !.. So any losses , rejoice. ! Rejection:- jubilate ! The past is past the Future InDEED is BRIGHT !

God does hear our  prayers …… And He answers them (in His time and in line with His perfect Will )

Trivial ones , seemingly important and very important ones lol .

This morning I was running really late for  work but I knew I had to refuel my car … My gauge was running dangerously LOW .experience told me I wouldn’t make it to work 

Now I had two options , to make a detour and buy the fuel and be late 

Or keep on course , hopefully getting to work on time or  risk the car stopping on empty 

I chose the second . Lol . And I said a little prayer .one I always say with a little extra …. God , please get me to work safely , let this fuel be enough . At least let me get to the next filling station . You fed 5000 men with 5 loaves and 2 fish and turned water into wine , so this one is Koko for you Koraa .lol  

I set off . Not only did I get to work , the level remained virtually the same .Right on top the last bar . 

Now this doesn’t seem too relevant or big . You may be thinking that I would have gotten to work with that tank anyway . Maybe … I’m inclined to believe God heard me and answered . 😜

I always talk about Nehemiah when it comes to prayer !! He “abused ” it lol . He prayed before answering questions ! Lol 
“Then the king said to me, “What do you request?” So I prayed to the God of heaven. And I said to the king, “If it pleases the king, and if your servant has found favor in your sight, I ask that you send me to Judah, to the city of my fathers’ tombs, that I may rebuild it.””

Prayer doesn’t need to be “stiff” . It doesn’t have to be said in a particular place , at a particular time , I’m a particular manner or on a particular day ! You can freestyle !  

God loves you . He can’t wait to hear from you !! Talk to Him now …  Be like Nehemiah 😉

People don’t care ! Care ?😂 {it’s not a word that exists in the natural human dictionary. It’s a feeling that is foreign , one that is not encoded in our genes , to be expressed outwardly ! Nope ! It must be acquired , developed . It takes effort ,
time , resources , emotion …. Willing to give that away to some somebody just like that ? NOPE … That brings out another natural human trait Selfishness !! Yes ME ME ME , we always think , how will this make ME feel, what will I gain from this !! If we see no profit ! Forgerrid!Then there are those who are supposedly “blessed” with the “gift” of caring … These are aliens , looked at as strange …. FOREIGN …… Same for their acts , most of the time even seen as bordering on “bothersome”….. The are ignored , relegated to the background , made invisible ….. You aren’t one of us they say , oh not again they roll their eyes ….you are like that …stereotyped…….they fade deep deep deep into the background …. In a battlefield of their minds to conform , to adapt … To become like one of them …. Uncaring selfish natural man … Status quo …. 

But that tugging in their heart won’t allow them ….. They succeed for brief periods then they are back at that annoying game … Caring ….. Caring about replies , feelings , timelines, deadlines,projects , lives . Caring about being ignored , invisible , stereotyped. Caring about fitting in , becoming one of them and then the vicious cycle set in … Tearing at their souls ! They say no man is an Island yet everyone lives on one .. These islands hover have connecting bridges which are opened as and when the person FEELS!! Unfortunately you never know when that time will be … You venture crossing and you find yourself in the deep dark murky waters with only God knows what lurking beneath ! You may very well drown and that man on that Island may never even NOTICE , you will sink to your death and be forgotten…… But oh my how they will gather at your funeral ready to sing your praises only to realize that the really didn’t know you …… Time , energy , resources , emotions will all come out to play They begin to “care”(probably not) but by then it’s too late ….. THE CARER wouldn’t CARE(couldn’t really )……..

Everyone wants to take the road of least resistance .. In our jobs , our relationships, our health , our everyday lives . We don’t want to have to work for anything , we face a small challenge and we give up . Sometimes it’s no challenge at all . Just a tiny rock we choose to see as a mountain. A small hiccup …. We want everything to be “peachy” “rosy” but guess what a peach has a stone in the center and roses have thorns 😏. C’est la vie .. We should not be quitters ….. Easily giving up . Unless , UNLESS it’s very clear that it will be very useless to keep holding on .. Even that try hard , try your best ..Leaving the rest to God , then if it doesn’t happen , you have no regrets .
Commit everything you do to God ! He will direct your path .. A few bumps along the way… May just be stepping stones to something bigger . Some diversions may come just to steer us onto the right path … But in all ; don’t lose Hope , don’t give UP !!

Hmm, so I’m tired  and I’m just siting in this consulting room at 07:55hrs(military style lol!), post night duty and I think let me put something down!

I’ve never really blogged before and I think my English is really rusty but hey! there is no harm in trying is there?? ok so I used to write short stories and keep diaries waaaaaaaaaayyyy back and I kind of miss that.

As you grow older experiences change you but the shape you take depends on your attitude and your outlook. when you know that you have a God who has got your back and is working out stuff for your greater good, a God who is concerned about you, loves you unconditionally, died for you and is working to give you a future and a hope!! you just smile and remain positive.. you blossom into a flower and you don’t turn into a dagger.

But it is not easy koraaaaa ooo. herh!its HARD!!There are days and there are things that will remind you of that “trouble”. human as we are our first instinct is to be angry.. angry at the problem then angry at God for allowing it and theeenn angry at yourself(if you are like me) for getting angry in the first place.

When that happens, just pray…Prayer Works and PRAISE!!!! sing yourself into calmness. it calms your soul. remind yourself of your Father’s love

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 NIV

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds Christ Jesus.  Philippians 4:6-7 NIV    

There is that kind of peace eh. I cant explain it !! it comes with an extra side of JOY! its like you are floating surrounded by all this fluffiness(like clouds) and reassurance , its soothing  ,LOVE  and every good feeling you can think of!!  you just have to keep refueling , keep reminding yourself of that God has got you ! and don’t forget to PRAISE.
